Starting School: Reception 2025 - TOURS AVAILABLE NOW!

2025 Intake - Reception Open Days

 

If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021, and you live in Cambridgeshire you need to apply for Reception for September 2025.   The closing date for applications is 15th January 2025. 

 

Applications submitted before 15th January 2025 will receive an offer on 16th April 2025 - If you applied online and requested confirmation by email, you will receive an email on 16th April 2025, otherwise your offer will be sent by second class post.  If you miss the January deadline, 2nd round allocations (received before 2nd May 2025) will be processed from 19th May 2025 (and dealt with in the order they were received).  Applications submitted after 2nd May 2025 will be dealt with after the 2nd round of allocations (so from 19th May 2025 onwards).  The earlier you apply – the better chance you have of securing your child’s school place.

 

We’re very pleased to be able to offer tours of our fantastic school this year, giving prospective parents an opportunity to see our excellent facilities and to meet our friendly staff and children.  Reception Open Days for the September 2025 intake are as follows:

 

  • Friday 11th October 2024 – 10.30am
  • Friday 18th October 2024 – 2.00pm
  • Monday 21st October 2024 – 4.30pm (outside of school time)

 

Should you wish to attend please get in touch with the school office – either call 01353 860235 or email office@littleport.cambs.sch.uk.  When contacting the office, please advise:

 

  • Your name
  • The date you will attend
  • How many people will attend (children are of course welcome to come along)

 

It is very difficult for us to accommodate individual visits at other times so this will not be offered as an option.  If you have any family or friends who have children of this age please let them know and invite them to come along.
