EYFS Ducklings & Cygnets
Welcome to Ducklings and Cygnets!
Summer has come and we look forward to another term of learning together. Over the last two terms the children have been gaining lots of skills and we are planning to give them the opportunity to learn some more and to practise what they have already learned.
To support your child with their reading this term we would like to encourage you all to take part in the 'Word Wall Challenge' and the 'Book Worm Challenge'. The summer newsletter will give more details.
Our starting topic this term is 'Paws, Claws, Wings and Stings'. We shall be looking at a variety of living creatures and finding out what makes them amazing!
Special events for Early Years Foundation Stage this term are:-
- Night, Night Sleep Tight - 7th and 8th May
- Trip to Banham Zoo - 20th June
- Sports Day - 10th July
