Here are a few of the things we've done recently!
Things To Look Foward To!
P.E. next half term is on a Thursday and Friday. Thursday P.E is an outdoor session led by Mrs Whittle and this term will focus on outdoor adventurous activities. Currently we are swimming on a Friday but this will change to outdoor athletics when we finish our time at the pool. Children will need shorts, t-shirts and trainers.
P.E. is currently on a Wednesday and a Thursday.Wednesday P.E is an outdoor session led by Mrs Whittle and this term will focus on outdoor adventurous activities. On Thursdays we are currently learning about athletics and this is also an outdoor session. Children will need shorts, t-shirts and trainers.
Please note: Kestrels will be swimming after May half term, starting on the 20th June (please see a letter coming soon!). When Kestrels start swimming, they will no longer have P.E. on a Thursday!
Important notice: Please ensure that earrings are either taken out for P.E. days or that children can remove their own earrings.
Doors open at 8.45 am. Children should be in school by 8.50 am, as lessons start at 9.00 am. Please do leave your child to make their own way into the cloakroom.
Homework is set on a Friday and should be back in school by the following Wednesday. Homework is a great way of involving yourselves in your child's learning. No more that 1 1/2 hours should be spent on homework.
